Generations Recruitment Sprl makes this website (the “Site”), including all information, documents, communications, files, text, graphics and software available through the Site (collectively, the “Materials”) and all services operated by Generations Recruitment Sprl and third parties through the Site (the “Services”), available for your use subject to the following terms and conditions and such further changes to these terms and conditions as Generations Recruitment Sprl may publish from time to time (the “Terms of Use”).

By accessing or using the Site in any way, including, but not limited to, use of any of the Services, downloading any Materials, or browsing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, without limitation or qualification.

Generations Recruitment Sprl reserves the right to change these Terms of Use and other guidelines or rules posted on the Site from time to time at its sole and absolute discretion and will endeavor to provide notice of material changes on the home page of the Site. Your continued use of the Site, or any Materials or Services accessible through it constitutes your acceptance of these changes.

If you do not comply with these Terms of Use, your authorisation to use this Site will immediately end and any Materials that you may have downloaded or printed from the Site must be immediately destroyed.

2. User Conduct

3. Managing Content and Communications

Generations Recruitment Sprl reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to delete or remove user content from the Site and to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or parts of this Site, at any time (including, but not limited to, circumstances giving rise to our good faith belief that you have not complied with these Terms of Use) without prior notice or liability.

Generations Recruitment Sprl reserves the right at it sole and absolute discretion to, monitor or review (i) any areas of the Site where users transmit or post user content, including but not limited to areas where Services are available, and (ii) the substance of any user content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Generations Recruitment Sprl shall have no liability relating to user content arising under the laws of copyright, libel, privacy, obscenity, or otherwise and you shall keep us fully indemnified in this regard at all times.

4. Collection and Retention of Information

You do not have to give us any personal information in order to perform job searches. In some areas of our web site, Generations Recruitment Sprl requests that you provide personal data, including your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, contact information, and other information from which your identity is discernible. In other areas of our web site, Generations Recruitment Sprl collects or may collect demographic information that is not unique to you such as your postcode, age, gender and the types of work in which you are interested. Sometimes we collect or may collect a combination of the two types of information. Examples of areas on this site where we collect personal or combined personal and demographic data are pages where you can post a CV. In each case, it is indicated on the web site whether any data must be provided to use the required service or not.

If you use our facilities to build a CV to put in our database of candidates′ CVs, then you will be providing us with personal data which we will use in accordance with this Terms of Use. We strongly suggest that your CV should not contain data relating to your (i) racial or ethnic origin (ii) political beliefs (iii) philosophical or religious beliefs (iv) membership of a trade union or political party (v) physical or mental health (vi) sexual life or (vii) the commission of criminal offences or proceedings. If your CV does contain such data, then you agree that we may retain this information and use it in accordance with this Terms of Use.

5. Use of Your Information by Generations Recruitment Sprl

We use the information we gather on the web site whether personal, demographic, collective or technical, for the purposes of administering and managing your registration, responding to any queries you may have, operating and improving the web site, fostering a positive user experience and delivering the services that we offer to jobseekers and employers.

If you have so agreed when registering with Generations Recruitment Sprl or subsequently or if permitted by applicable law, we may use your contact information in order to send you e-mail or other communications regarding updates at the web site, such as new Generations Recruitment Sprl opportunities and additional listings which may be of interest to you.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. You agree, as does Generations Recruitment Sprl, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Brussels′s courts.
