đź’Ľ About the job

As Key Account Manager, you will report to the National Account Manager and will be responsible for developing and implementing the sales strategy for the Beerwholesalers channel Horeca in Belgium, safeguarding the contacts and the interests of our client in this channel, developing strategic partnerships with purchasing groups and the main independent beer wholesalers in order to maximize the availability of our client brands in a profitable way.
More precisely, your responsibilities would be articulated around the 4 following poles:
  • Establish, negotiate, and oversee annual plans with strategic purchasing groups and beer wholesalers in the OOH market, including preparation and negotiation of agreements, implementation of sales activity calendar, and promotional plans. Develop comprehensive commercial strategies with partners, conduct regular business reviews, act as company ambassador, and ensure administrative follow-up and timely payments using Sales Force. 
  • Offer indirect coaching to Team Hospitality, providing ongoing support to Sales Developers, overseeing agreements and budgets, and collaborating with Field Sales Managers to establish and monitor KPIs for the OOH field team, ensuring weekly follow-up.
  • Develop and manage annual customer-specific brand budgets, monitor campaign performance, provide strategic insights for enhancing brand performance, communicate sales activities to stakeholders, optimize promotion mechanisms, and coordinate trade fair content preparation.
  • Proactively gather, analyze, and disseminate market and account insights, specializing in mineral waters and related beverages, fostering strategic networking and facilitating information flow for seizing opportunities.


🎯 About the ideal candidate

  • You have a Master’s degree or equivalent by experience
  • You have min. 4 years’ experience in sales in FMCG or the hospitality channel (OOH)
  • You possess a blend of analytical prowess and commercial acumen, dedicated to continuous self-improvement.
  • You demonstrate strategic multidisciplinary thinking paired with effective operational capabilities, alongside a proactive and autonomous work ethic.
  • You demonstrate initiative, excellence in customer service, rapid learning capabilities, consistent delivery of high-quality work, and a curious mindset.
  • You are fluent in NL and FR, with a good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
