About the job

Our client is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join their growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of key clients predominantly from the retail and media sectors, ensuring their satisfaction, retention, and success.
  • Build lasting relationships: Cultivate strong, enduring relationships with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their objectives and challenges.
  • Drive revenue growth: Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services to meet client needs and foster revenue growth.
  • Provide strategic guidance: Deliver regular performance reports and business reviews to clients, offering strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure client satisfaction: Collaborate closely with internal teams to address client concerns promptly and ensure overall satisfaction.
  • Leverage insights: Monitor client usage metrics and provide strategic guidance based on actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.

About the ideal candidate

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrate a history of success in account management or client-facing roles, ideally within the marketing technology or SaaS industry.
