Need
  • In the short term, to fill a (Junior, Middle or Senior) vacancy in the Marketing or Sales departments.
  • In the long term, to boost the company mission and its results engaging candidates to the corporate Purpose.
Deliverables
  • A ZERO RISK commercial approach for our clients: no exclusivity, payment based on success and a fixed agency commission (no matter the level of position or the salary negotiated between the two parties).
  • Find within an average of 5 weeks of active search, the right candidate that meets the client’s needs both in terms of experience, competences and skills as well as attitude and shared values.
  • Help with identifying the companies’ expectations on attitude, values and needs of the position.
  • Create a shared vocabulary between the line manager, HR, consultant and candidate to allow them to go beyond the obvious.
