Need
  • Starting from the organisation or department objectives, identify the required Aspirational clusters and their balance to be expected in the organisation or department.
Deliverables
  • Express a corporate aspiration that is consistent with the company’s Purpose (mission and strategy). Possible adaptations per department (in a funnel – from the CEO to the Line Manager).
  • An “Ideal map” of the various functions in relation to the ideal GR typologies, based on the desired corporate culture.
  • Comparison of the “Ideal map” with the “current situation”.
  • Recommendation of tactics for alignment, internal mobility or recruitment to meet the required expectations.
