Our client, founded in Italy, is a vibrant, multi-faceted organization based in Brussels. Thirty years of business have seen constant, solid growth in terms of turnover and expansion, the creation of successful products and brands and the establishment of an international fashion retail presence worldwide. To support the development of the brand in Belgium, they are looking for enthusiastic, dynamic and ambitious talents to join their team. Our client is currently looking for the next Sales & Marketing Coordinator.

Your challenge

As Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will be in charge of several diversified tasks in Marketing, Communication and Sales, such as the implementation of new projects related to your department. 

Your responsibilities

Practically, you will be in charge of:
  • Calculation of budgets for stores, district managers and area managers
  • Translation of marketing documents that comes from parent company in Italy
  • Organization of local events in collaboration with PR department
  • Fraud Analysis
  • Updated price lists, events and new stores
  • Creation and monitoring of local marketing material for events
  • Translation of newsletters and website
  • Calculations of credit scores
  • Customer Service Tracking (delivery of goods, missing boxes and complaint tracking)
  • Advise the Area Manager on legal issues concerning commercial actions
  • Organization and monitoring of inventories
  • Creation of procedures and manuals related to commercial actions
  • Implementation of new projects related to your department (mystery shopper project)

Your profile

  • You have a Bachelor's degree or a Master's degree in Marketing, Communication or Economics
  • You have a first experience in a similar function
  • You have good communication skills in French, Dutch and English (Italian is a plus)
  • Knowledge of MS Office is required (Excel)
  • You are proactive, organized, dynamic and precise
  • You are ready to travel several times a year (for short periods) abroad as part of trainings or events
  • You have knowledge of Belgian legislation related to commercial actions
