Active in the beverage sector, our client has a great number of premium brands, distributed all over the world. The past ten years have been very dynamic for the group who has now become one of the most significant groups in the global beverages industry. The group boasts a rich portfolio, with more than 40 brands, sub-divided into three segments: spirits, wines, and soft drinks. Our client has constantly increased its net sales over the years as a result of its focus on brand building, organic growth, and external growth through a series of strategic acquisitions supported by a solid financial position.

Your challenge :

Our client is looking to hire a digital and social media manager who will contribute to building our client's brands’ successes through the online touchpoints: digital media channels, social media, content marketing and influencers activation. He / She will also be the digital voice of the marketing department and the company. This is a newly created role in the organisation. The Digital Marketing Specialist will report to the Marketing Manager.

Your responsibilities :

  • Develop and drive the yearly brand online digital strategy, according to the different brands’ strategic objectives
  • Set a local activity plan on digital networks
  • Manage all channels with, in first instance, focus on video advertising, display advertising and social media strategy
  • Set the content stream line for the different brands, with a primary focus on keeping the brand's social accounts up to date with a cutting –edge, modern and engaging content for our consumers
  • Social networking (dialogue with followers)
  • Influencers networking: develop strategies, plans and manage the day to day relationship with key influencers
  • Monitor and follow up the KPIs
  • Close collaboration with brand managers to ensure that digital strategies are in line with the brand strategies and well integrated into yearly plans
  • Close collaboration with key internal stakeholders (event manager, key account f.ex.) to ensure content and activation synergies in off and online
  • Collaborate with external partners:
    • Lead community managers (agency/freelancers) to execute perfectly the content strategy
    • Plan and execute the digital media / social media campaigns together with the media buying agency
  • Manage the digital media / social media budget

Your profile :

  • You live and breathe digital marketing
  • Fluent in French, Dutch, English
  • Deep understanding of social media channels: how to manage them as media, how to communicate with consumers, how to adapt contents and tone of voice
  • High curiosity and interest into digital media and latest trends
  • 3+ years experience in digital marketing: social media community management and wider digital marketing / media
  • Creative thinking and proactive about coming up with new ideas and approaches
  • Analytical thinking
  • High ownership
  • Team player
  • Cross functional project manager
  • Capable of collaborating with many stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Affinity with brands
