Your challenge:

A fantastic opportunity is available now for a Brand and Trade Marketing Manager to join our client's great BeNeLux team, based either in Brussels or in the Netherlands. As a key member of the Marketing & Trade Marketing team, the person we are looking for will be passionate on driving business growth in both Belgium and The Netherlands behind leading Home Care brand.  

More concretely:

You will be leading the definition and execution of the brand's regional marketing and trade marketing plans in line with the guidelines recommended by the headquarters. Your tasks will involve :
  • Developing and executing successful marketing plans to deliver market share and profit growth.
  • Using analyses and financials to spot the consumer & shopper trends and invest behind the right business opportunities.

Your profile:

  • Master Degree in Economy or Business related.
  • Minimum 2,5 years experience in Brand Management and/or (Shopper) Trade Marketing Management within consumer branded environment in FMCG.
  • Knowledge of Benelux Trade context and 4P requirements.
  • Strong analytical and financials understanding.
  • Experience with media strategy setting and ROI analysis.
  • Fluent in English, any other language will be considered a plus.

  • Flexible thinker being able to operate in a changing environment and cope with complexity.

  • You are a game changer, not afraid to speak up your mind, and make things happen.
