Our client is a global leader in implant, restorative and regenerative dentistry, active in more than 70 countries, founded in 1954 and headquarted in Basel, Switzerland. Their vision is to create more than just smiles, but lasting confidence for dentists, labs, patients and the global community. To Achieve all of this they conduct research, develop and manufacture dental implants, instruments, prosthetics as well as dental biomaterials. To strengthen their Digital Sales Organization, they’re looking to recruit an Account Manager Dentist & Ortho.

Your challenge:

You establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate new business for the organisation’s products/services.

Your responsibilities:

  • Research and analyse sources for developing prospective customers to determine their potential.
  • Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
  • Create and manage a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities.
  • Utilisation of CRM and IANO-S software to enable identification and progress of customer interactions.
  • Keep abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.
  • Create and manage a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities.
  • Participate in trade shows and conventions.

Your profile:

  • Outside sales/account management experience required (dental field or f.i. capital equipment field).
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in French and English; preferably Dutch, as well.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify potential business solutions for customers based on customer values and ambitions.
  • Ability to build mutually beneficial relationships based on trust and respect.
  • Results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team.
