Your challenge


Working In close cooperation with the Sales Manager and reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing key customer relationships – Tier One manufacturers and independent aftermarket players - to grow the sales by maximising the customer satisfaction at every stage of the commercial process.
 

Your responsibilities

 
  • Being one of the main contacts for your customers, your primary objective is to secure a best in class service to your customers, leading to customer loyalty and preference.
  • You ensure a close and structured follow up of various daily activities related to the order intake (such as orders receipt, deliveries,Invoicing, forecasts…)
  • Understand and develop the processes related to Account Mgt. You challenge the status quo.
  • Resolve customer’s concerns, determine corrective actions by collaborating with the other departments and follow up the process to ensure highest level of customer’s satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities and gaps for sales growth by conducting sales analysis.
  • lead specific projects related to the continuous improvement of Customer Service activities.
  • Together with the Sales Manager you will contribute to budget preparation and sales forecasts for your accounts.
  • You occasionally meet customers with the Sales Manager and you are present at international fairs to build relationships with the clients and prospects.

Profile

 
  • You have at min. a Bachelor degree in economics, finance or marketing
  • Fluent in English and any extra European languages would be an asset.
  • Experience working with business to business customers (within the automotive markets is a plus).
  • Ability to problem solve by assessing pain points and developing solutions that meet the needs of the customer and the company.
  • An analytic mind with an entrepreneur mentality.
  • Thrive as both an independent and team worker and self-motivate for success.
  • Strong customer focus
  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills
