As a leading technology provider, they offer their clients the opportunity to manage marketing processes and multifunctional campaigns, across multiple channels and with automated messages.
Their own clients are medium to large accounts, mainly in the B2C sector.
Your challenge :
As Customer Success Director, you are responsible for managing / farming national key customers.
Your responsibilities :
- You will be in contact with different departments (procurement, marketing, legal, …) within your key customers.
- You will manage your own team composed by Account Managers & Project Managers.
- You will manage the entire customer life cycle by helping with services, products delivery and customer satisfaction.
Your profile :
- Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in Business, Marketing
- Demonstrated professional experience in Digital Marketing concepts (CRM, Email tool(s) and behaviour-based marketing) and in the technological and digital aspects of marketing.
- You have a strategic behavior and the ability to do some operational tasks.
- Proficiency speaking FR and NL with a good level of English
- Creative/innovative thinking, coupled with a can-do attitude
- Team player with great drive and enthusiasm.
- Entrepreneurial approach & go-getter attitude are key
