🚀 Join the Adventure – Country Manager Benelux 🚀Responsibilities:
🌍 Lead the growth strategy for retail accounts in Belgium & the Netherlands.
🎯 Drive national expansion, conquering new clients.
🚀 Craft a visionary sales strategy for market dominance.
🌱 Grow existing partnerships creatively and resourcefully.
🌟 Contribute to building and elevating the brand.
🌐 Represent externally (participation in trade shows, conferences) in collaboration with the sales management.
📊 Provide reporting to the Sales Management on their area of intervention regarding sales and information collected in the field.
+ Be in charge of all the cross-departmental requirements for the operation of the business : logistic, finance, IT, etc.
Collaboration / Supervision :
👫 Work closely with HQ to make the brand a retail landscape staple.
🤝 Cultivate authentic relationships, fostering a personal touch.
✓ Act as the driving force and manage the dedicated structure for the country (sales force).
📈 Ensure the follow-up and management of the sales team.
💪 Ensure a high level of motivation for the entire sales force within their scope.
📚 Guarantee continuous training for their team and develop the skills of identified "high potential" profiles.
About the ideal candidate

🗣️ Native in NL with fluency in French & English.
